Data Deletion Instructions

You can delete the data associated with your Webby Reach account and any connected accounts (including data obtained from Instagram and Facebook) at any time.

Option 1 — Disconnect and delete in-app

Sign in to Webby Reach.
Go to Integrations.
Click Disconnect on any connected account. This revokes our stored access token and stops syncing that account's data.
To remove your entire account and its data, email us using Option 3.

Option 2 — Remove the app from Facebook/Instagram

When you remove Webby Reach from your Facebook or Instagram settings, Meta notifies us automatically and we log a deletion request. You will receive a confirmation code you can check on this page.

Option 3 — Email request

Email areyes@webbyreach.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete your data. We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

What we delete

Stored OAuth access/refresh tokens for your connected accounts.
Data synced from those accounts (analytics, media, insights) tied to your account.
Your account profile and personal information, on a full-account deletion request.
