These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Webby Reach (the "Service"), operated by Webby Reach. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Webby Reach lets you connect your own marketing accounts (such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Business Profile, Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest) and view analytics and, where enabled, publish content to those accounts.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 16 and able to form a binding contract.
You are responsible for the accounts you connect and for keeping your credentials secure.
You must have the right to connect any account you add and to authorize the access you grant.
You are responsible for activity under your account and any users you invite.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the Service unlawfully or in violation of a connected platform's terms (including Meta, Google, and Pinterest policies).
Attempt to access another customer's data, or probe, scan, or breach security.
Reverse engineer, resell, or overload the Service, or misuse the provider APIs accessed through it.
Publish content you are not authorized to post, or that is unlawful or infringing.

4. Third-party platforms

The Service depends on third-party APIs. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, and their availability, data, and permission requirements are outside our control. A provider may change or revoke access, which can affect features. Connecting an account authorizes us to access that platform on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the content and data in your connected accounts. You grant us the limited right to access, process, and display that data, and to publish content you create, solely to provide the Service.

6. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Analytics are provided for informational purposes; we do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of data sourced from third-party platforms.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Webby Reach is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to protect the Service. On termination, the data-handling practices in our Privacy Policy apply.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
